Recover for lost account

    I need to recover a backup of my domain http://www.pointshop.com.ar I had problems with my domain name provider and dns between December and March 2017. I already managed to recover both of them. I installed duplicator on that occasion, I have no way to access that backup. Could you tell me how to recover the last backup made by this plugin?

    There is a folder off the WP root folder called w-snapshots. That folder should have all the archive.zip files of the site.

    Hello
    I can not find any folder called w-snapshots. The installation that today is at http://www.pointshop.com.ar is a completely new installation. I mean I deleted everything completely in the month of March from the domain on the hosting server to the dns.
    Question
    1. If I re-install the plugin in the domain http://www.pointshop.com.ar, will I be able to access the w-snapshots folder that it generates in March 2017?
    2. I am not completely sure, but when I install the plugin it made me a remote backup in google drive or in dropbox, I do not remember with which account the configure. Can you tell me which email account to configure the remote backup?

    Hi Abraham,

    Sorry it should have been “wp-snapshots”. In your case if you removed site and its contents then it will no longer be available. Only the Pro version has remote backup. If you had the Pro version installed then you will need to submit a ticket here.
