    Hello, after a site migration to a new server I lost all data (subscribers, content, set ups etc.) I tried to reinstall, but now I am unsure which version I was using before migrating, as it worked perfectly then.

    Even though, on v2 and v3 none of the previous data is showing up, so now I am completely stuck.

    I am a WP novice, so please help me step by step.

    Hi

    If you still have the old environment, then you can export the subscribers.
    But I think that your domain name might be the reason that you do not see any data.
    To check that you need to have access to your database. There you can check if the post are present in wp_posts, or for your subscribers wp- mailpoet-subscribers
    Please also check wp-config.php in the root and wp-options in the database
