Records / Single Field display in template

    First of this looks like a very promising plugin for me!

    I was wondering if it is possible to after query display field(s) on rendered page of the site?

    I know to do db query. I was thinking if it was possible to set query results to php variable or even easier simply display a SINGLE field right onto rendered page of the site?
