    Hi. I can’t reconnect – it’s showing:

    “Heads up! You’re ready to migrate to a more secure, reliable Facebook for WooCommerce connection. Please click here to reconnect!”

    When I go through the reconnect it’s not working. It goes through the Facebook popup screen – says it’s ready then when I go back to the dashboard it’s still showing the message and not displaying my latest products in Facebook. Can you help me fix this? Thank you

    Do any errors appear on the WooCommerce side of things during this process? If not, and the connection still doesn’t work, this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
     
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Try to complete the connection process again

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
