recommended plugin for pay for access video streaming

hello, sorry if i am not following protocol or best practices with this request, but i am new to this.

i am working on a proposal and one of the ideas we have is to recommend that their instructional video library be password/user protected.

vision: a user pays and registers or is registered by a human to have access to the course, they login to that section of the new website and have access to the courses they have paid for. no sharing to non-paid users(or at least as difficult as possible to download/share).

any recommendations on a plugin or combination of, or does this feature need to be built from scratch?
