Recomend a simple email subscribe widget?

Had second thoughts about wordpress.com so i changed my blogg to wordpress.org.

Sidebar menu on my old blogg on .com , adress is http://www.teigas.wordpress.com had a simple follow my blogg widget. Where people could just enter there email adress and get updated when i updated. Tried to find the the same widget for my new .org blog, but i just found a lot of more advanced once? Is there a simple one ? And what is the name?
