@takayukister I completely agree with the post. I am happy you point to this because I think the way people see if their message is send in CF7 is really bad design.
Other contact forms collapse the form and give a message to show that their action has worked.
Yours only shows a message under the form in a location most people don’t even see. It is below their field of vision because it is off-screen.

It’s impossible to satisfy everyone, but fortunately CF7 provides many ways to customize and extend its functionality. That’s why it’s possible to get many extensions that allow you to change how some things work.
You may like the extension plugin Contact Form 7 Redirect & Thank You Page if you want to show a thank you/confirmation page to the users or redirect them to another section of your site. I use it and it works perfectly.
