    Usually one can easily trace the rates issue by looking at the request and response. If you are still facing issue, kindly attach the request and response along with the rates calculator screenshot.

    We are having great difficulty with this plugin as it seems to be failing quite regularly. Haven’t figured out the issue as i’ve looked at many angles. We have lost several sales and are quite disappointed with this plugin as it seems to fail even when we do not change or update anything.
    The last time we updated the plugin it removed all shipping options.
    Doesn’t make sense!

    Please notify if there are known issues we need to deal with this.
