Recent Posts on Landing Page

Hello. I use wptouch mobile on my website crossfitintensify.com. I noticed that when I load the homepage at the top underneath my header image it shows the title of the recent post in a slider of recent posts. I would like this to only show on my posts page, crossfitintensify.com/blog. Not on my home page of crossfitintensify.com.

Please help me remove this if possible.
