Recent posts in custom menu

    Hi I have been searching ALL OVER for an answer but my problem being is that I wish to add recent posts to the custom menu. I know posts can be added to the menu manually but I wish for it to be done automatically.
    So for example the menu would shoe the 3 most recent posts without me having to edit the menu constantly.

    If someone provide me with an answer I will forever be in your debt …jheeeeze!
