Receiving Pingback from Low Reputed Sites

    Recently I’m receiving so many pingbacks from some Low Reputed Sites. Will it help me in any way?
    I’ve near about 500 pingbacks pending on my comments list. What should I do with them?
    One more thing is, my theme doesn’t support pingback. Should i add pingback feature to my theme?
