Receiving error when logging in

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘, expecting end of file in /home1/dbworks/public_html/wp-content/plugins/deactivate.js_composer/include/classes/core/access/abstract-class-vc-access.php on line 824

    I encounter that error when logging in, can someone please help?

    To get back into your site, delete the directory wp-content/plugins/deactivate.js_composer. Use FTP or the file manager app of your hosting control panel.
