    Hello, I do not receive notification in my mailbox when a message arrives in the guestbook. It seems to me to have correctly set it. Do you have any idea of ​​the origin of the problem? Thank you in advance for your help.

    Did you subscribe your user/email to the notifications?

    Also, you can set the From address manually, like info@yourdomain.com. Did you try this?

    I don’t know what to do further. You could check the documentation from your provider, sometimes they have a special config. There are also SMTP plugins that might give you the right settings.

    Thank you for your quick response. Yes I tried and unfortunately it does not work. However, I receive a notification when a message is sent via the contact form. I created another site with the same divi theme and a guestbook made with the Gwolle-GB plugin and it works fine 🙁
