Receipt Approval

Hello, how do I proceed with receipt approval thus changing the order status from awaiting approval to processing? When I choose the drop down option to approve receipt at the sidebar, and change status in the main bar, there’s no “update” or “save” button that lets me proceed. Please enlighten me. tqvm.
