reCAPTCHA verification failed

    Hello!

    I have had multiple customers tell me (today) that an error message pops up every time they try to place an order on my webpage. The error message states “reCAPTCHA verification failed”. I’ve tried everything to fix this. I even switched the checkout protection to V2 Checkbox. I was told that this checkbox was more forgiving for real customers than V3, which can sometimes block legitimate buyers, but to no success. Can anyone help me with this. I’ve tried everything that I can think of. Your time will be much appreciated.

    Hi,
    I see v2 is active and works fine now. Could have been a temporary Google issue. If problems continue, switch to a local captcha solution.

    Pick a different captcha type in plugin settings.

    Is there one out there that you’ll recommend or should I just pick one that’s compatible with my version of WordPress?
