reCAPTCHA v3 not working correctly

I had reCAPTCHA v2 for about a year now. I just changed it to V3 but when someone tries to login the message “Please confirm you are not a robot” shows on the page.
I have removed the key and saved and put them back and still have the issue.
I had the score set at 0.5 then lowered it to 0.3 still have the same issue.
Installed – UM version 2.3.1 and UM reCAPTCHA version 2.2.2.
What score should we use?

I got it working! I happen to be using SiteGround as my hosting provider. It was an issue of the new SG Optimization plugin having the JavaScript optimization set to “Defer Render-blocking JavaScript” toggled to ON. .. so I am guessing @nathaniel45 that it has something to do with DO NOT Defer Render-blocking of your javascript.
🙂Yes. Thank you @missveronicatv that was exactly it, though more of an optimization of caching files on the server side. in this case I did not want to defer render-blocking.
