reCaptcha not working

I am using both the latest version of the Contact Form as well as the reCaptcha plugin (default setting), both activated, but I don’t see any reCaptcha happening when submitting my form: https://txdesignwerks.com/contact/Please advise. Thanks!

Sorry, I don’t understand. I am having contact form 7 version Version 6.1.2 installed. Since reCaptcha v2 isn’t working for this, do I need to uninstall it first and then go to register reCpatcha v3 here: https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/create ?
