ReCaptcha not working

I am trying to test and user your plugin but everytime I create an account it says:

The reCAPTCHA wasn’t entered correctly. Go back and try it again.(reCAPTCHA said: invalid-request-cookie)

Also, why I am seeing an extra textarea field under the reCaptcha?
