Recaptcha gets enabled sitewide

The recaptcha integration enabled (V3 recpatcha) gets enabled sitewide creating conflict with the v2 recaptcga added at the checkout. Two different recaptcha APi and two different gstatic runtime bundles were loading, so the second initialization clobbered the first widget’s verification callback, producing the endless spinner and a reCAPTCHA Timeout (b) console exception.

This impacted on sales as the order was not getting placed.
