Recaptcha configuration constanstly drops

Hi!

Thank you for a highly used and appreciated plugin. However we do manage a webpage where we are having constant issues with the recaptcha (v3) configuration disappearing with various intervall stretching from a day, to several months. Any idea why this is happening?

the webpage is a static page, meaning no blogpost or news updates are posted. So nothing like that could be the trigger.
