Reattempting payment confusion

    In previous articles it says that rra=0 means that no reattempts are made after a failed payment. Eg this page

    But in shortcodes explained it says

    “……………….Setting rra=”0″ means that you allow an infinite number of failed payments.”

    Does rra=0 mean no attempts made or infinite attempts??
