Rearrange Harmonic Sections, Menu Help

I would like to know if there is a way to rearrange the sections on the Harmonic theme.

For Example: http://harmonicdemo.wordpress.com/

On the theme demo site, the portfolio is at the bottom, and the widget section (Contact section) is above. How could I switch these?

I would like to know how to make the page section (the slot that is labeled SEO Copywriter) to be at the top, with the posts section below it.

Also, is there a way to change the footer menu to be a linked menu? Like if you click it, it takes you to a page or a post, rather than just scrolling up to one of the sections already loaded?
