Looks like you’re missing this file: wp-comments-post.php
Retrieve this file from the WordPress source file and upload it to the relevant location via FTP / CPanel file manager.

I’m really struggling with comments.
It all started with one spam comment that I was unable to delete. I couldn’t delete it in Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox. Finally, I was able to delete it in Internet Explorer.
Since then, each time someone tries to leave a comment, they get sent to bluehost, “sorry page not found” error 404 page.
Now, I am unable to delete any spam comments. It just freezes up.
I’ve tried deactivating plugins (I am unable to deactivate an instagram plugin for some reason) and I’ve tried removing a “/” from the end of my permalink per a suggestion I read on here. Nothing works.
Please help. I’m so very frustrated.
