Really Simple Share Plugin is broken with Infinite Scroll plugin

I have a blog page on which I am displaying 20 posts currently and used infinite scroll plugin to load more posts. I’ve used really simple share shortcode to display social network buttons below each post. For the first 20 posts the plugin works fine but after more posts are loaded the plugin breaks and is limited to only facebook share button and the other two buttons are gone.
