    I have to admit that I didn’t test it in multi-site environment but as far as I know it should influence anything (the shortcode are render the same). Maybe there is a certain setting t adjust on your server or CDN if you gave one. There is some basic infos about setting a CDN in the plugin FAQ.
    If you still find a problem, please report it in support section of the plugin forum !
