The feature you’re asking about is not there as such. Right now you can add HTML in the “subtext” of your answer and add a link there if you want. This will render above the answer button.
Otherwise, we’re already working on this feature for v1.1, stay tuned!
I’ve added plain HTML to the text of my answer and it worked great. I wasn’t sure if it would work, but I went for it and it works great. I would also like to see a separate box for pasting links so the Title doesn’t turn into a big spaghetti string.

jameswcaudill – that’s a great work around! But yes, clearly a separate field to easily read and maintain the DT would be more helpful.
