Real Cron Job

    I’ve been a long time user of the BBQ Firewall plugin. Recently are starting using the Blackhole for Bad Bots plugin. All appeared to be working well for weeks with new IP addresses being added frequently. I discovered that the real cron jobs was frozen. When I disabled the plugin, all the scheduled cron jobs ran. Any ideas why this would happen? I’ve setup real cron job and disabled wp cron for AutomateWoo plugin.

    I’m not sure why that would happen, haven’t heard of prior reports. One guess might be that the act of deactivating a plugin (could have been any plugin) triggered whatever was necessary to run WP cron?
