    Few things I’ve tried

    Deleting the plugin and reinstalling, de activation various plunging like super cache and word fence but nothing seems to work.

    Can anyone help?

  • maybe you have the wrong number in “Article category: setting” so it sees no items? just off the top of my head.

    Hi,

    1) check if you use the minimal shortcode [spreadplugin] and not the extended one
    2) Using godaddy hosting? Disable the cache via support, if you’re using it.
    3) Try debug mode

    Thanks for the help, turning on Debug seemed to fix the issue.

    Do I need to keep this permanently on now?

    hm no, seems there is a cache plugin active which prevents normal behaviour. You may disable debug after getting all your articles – don’t rebuild cache afterwards and check for future use, which cache plugin harms the plugin 🙂
