    Dear team,

have a nice week! I stumbled upon an issue. I have readibility actucated in Yoast and in my authors. But the analysis disappeared. Nevertheless I still have access to Cornerstone, the Sharing Cards…and Yoast appears in Gutenberg…also the metaboxes below the content in Gutenberg are accessible. Only the readiblity analysis is gone. Do you have any idea where I could look to try and activate it?

Cheers and thank you very much!

    Hi @honkytonky,

    Thanks for reaching out.

We would like some more information regarding the readability tab missing:

    1. Can you confirm you have the right user permissions? You can check by going to Users->Your Name->Yoast SEO settings (may need to scroll down) and confirm that both “disable SEO” and “disable readability” are unclicked?
    2. Can you confirm that the SEO, Readability, and Insights are all enabled by going to SEO->General->Features and checking that SEO, Readability, and Insights are all enabled?
    3. Can you confirm that the SEO and Readability are enabled on the posts? You can check by going to SEO->Search Appearance->Content Types and seeing that the Yoast SEO Meta box says “Show”?
    4. Can you confirm that if you go to the post/page and click on Screen Options (in the top right) that all the right options are enabled? If you are using the new Gutenberg editor you will need to click on the dots in the corner and select options. See image: https://pasteboard.co/I0PzCxd.png which highlights how to check this.
This article should help serve as a guide for some of the settings — https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-enable-disable-the-keyword-analysis/.

We are going ahead and marking this issue as resolved due to inactivity. If you require any further assistance please create a new issue.
