    I’ve had nothing but trouble today at a show and I have two shows tomorrow.

    The green lights on the reader are just blinking across the reader, left to right and back right to left. What is wrong????

    From what you described, the blinking green lights usually indicate that the reader is either trying to start up, attempting to pair, or is unable to complete a connection. To understand the situation better, can you share a bit more about what was happening right before the lights began blinking? Did this start after a recent update, a battery recharge, or while trying to take a payment?

    It would also be helpful to know which WooCommerce card reader you are using and whether it is currently paired with your device. If you can, please also share a quick loom video showing what you’re seeing on your end.

    Apparently after spending 1.5 hours on the phone with T-Mobile and getting my tablet connect back up to the internet, I was able to get the reader to re-connect and there is now no problems. My guess is it was a connection issue.
