    There is no such built in feature at WordPress. It will be difficult to realize, as by default if you get access to the any page at admin back-end you may change its content. Even if you will build special code for WordPress itself if will not resolve a full problem, as you have a lot of plugins from different authors which will not respect your try to make back-end read-only.

    One of possible decisions is to setup a copy of your site especially for tech support access.
