A couple of things I’m hoping we can do. I’d like to not show a resubscriber message at all even if we are updating their profile. I have them going into an audience that we use for our courses. If they opt-in to be put on a waitlist for a future course and they already have purchased a course before, they don’t need to know that we are updating their profile (tags) as they won’t even know what that means. I think this will confuse them. Is there a way to not show anything if they are already in the audience?

Second item is that I have the button text “I CAN’T WAIT!” but every time I update the form, it creates a backslash right before the apostrophe. If I change anything on the form and update it again, it continues to add backslashes. No matter what I do, it continues to add them. Can this be fixed? I don’t want to have to spell out “can’t”.

Can I please get an answer to this? My client would like to launch her course and we need this resolved ASAP. Thank you!

    Hi @mjknight02,

Hiding resubscribe messages is not a feature of our plugin, but you can do that using CSS.

The apostrophe is being escaped when you save. You can either change the label or use JS to set the button text when the page loads.

    Thanks,
