    Hi, any advice is appreciated.
I recently deactivated the FB/Instagrtam store since the wrong catalogue (the manual catalogue) was attached. I had 2 catalogues listed. One that was manually set up and one that was created through an integration with WooCommerce. I now wish to reactivate the store with the WooCommerce synched catalogue which I can still see in Facebook but the option to select it is greyed out and has the following error message: This Catalog can’t be selected because it doesn’t meet our requirements for shops. Learn More. I’ve checked it out and everything seems to be set up properly in the back end. When I try to set up a new catalogue in Facebook through the platform integration for WooCommerce it asks me to download the plugin but it is already connected. Should I uninstall and re-install the plug in?

  • Hi @katben,

Yes, please proceed with re-installation and see if that helps.

It sort of worked. I now have an issue with the Instagram account in that I can’t connect it to the new store/catalog. `I ended up deactivating the FB connection to WooCommerce (on the WooCommerce backend) and re-installed it and when I did so I created a new catalog and I was able to connect this catalog to the store. However, it only connected to the Facebook store and it will not allow me to connect Instagram as it says:

Instagram account already belongs to a Commerce Manager account
An Instagram account can only be associated with one Commerce Manager account at a time.

I have a case in with Facebook but I am not counting on a resolution as I feel they will see it is an issue with WooCommerce. I also am worried about disconnecting IG accounts and then reattaching that this won’t mess things up further. The FB store is up and running fine. I just want to get IG running too.`
I would appreciate any help you can offer!

    Hi @katben,

I would expect Facebook to help with disconnecting your Instagram account to your merchant account. Let’s see what they say.
