In the Wp-Admin menu WooCommerce, the little indicator of how many orders need attention in WooCommerce used to match the number with the status of “Processing” but now it is a much bigger number that I can’t figure out what it comes from. You can see the detail here https://prnt.sc/11qtgif

Can you explain or hopefully get it back the way it was? Are there any settings that I need to set correctly?

    Hi @jihanmiranti,

When you switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One and disable all plugins apart from WooCommerce, does the issue still persist?

*To avoid affecting your customers, you may want to do this check on a test/staging site. If you don’t have one already, your hosting company might offer one as part of your package. Alternatively, you can use a free plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/

If the number is shown correctly when you do the test above, you may want to reactivate your plugins one by one to see which one leads to the issue recurring.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi,

I’ve found the problem, it’s a problem with WCMp.

    Thank you for your attention
