Ratings don’t work

Hello.

We are using yout tool für many pages, and we and our customers love it.

But now we have an issue with the Plugin. We enter all Informations (API and Places etc) (Page 1 ) everything loads and the ratings are loading from google, we select the Design in the next page (Page 2 ), and after saving , we come back to the first page, where we can enter the API and Places ID.

Also we get this message in the options:

Dieser Abschnitt ist nur verfügbar, wenn die folgenden Kriterien erfüllt sind:

    CHECK Der Demo-Modus ist inaktiv;
    X API-Schlüssel und Place-ID sind beide eingestellt und gültig;
    x Fünf oder mehr Rezensionen, die von Google abgerufen wurden.
