Rate Before Viewing / Download

Hi,

I found a website that uses your plugin for a specific functionality I am hoping to achieve.

When a user clicks to download a song, it gives them a notification that they must rate the track first. Once they give the star rating, they can click download and save the file.

I can see in the source that they use your plugin for this feature, but I’m wondering how I can achieve this as I don’t believe it works this way out of the box.
