Random Quotes not Working

Hello,

I can see the quotes I choose and wrote, but when I try to go to manage them I always get the error “There is no such page”. I hava also found an answer to something similar here:

But I can find the edit-quote.php file anywhere on the blog or on the web. Can someone help me pleas?
