Random Page

    I am looking for a way to add a random page link to the nav bar or as a widget. I am willing to use a plug in however I need to be able to select the pages that are used as the random links. For example i have over 200 pages however I only want about 150 to be options for the random result. I would also like it to load directly to the page. Any ideas?
