Random 404 errors when clicking on Publish, Update, All Posts ect

    Hello,

    I was wondering if anyone else is facing this issue:

    After I click Publish, Update, All Posts, Pages on the WP Dashboard, sometimes, completely random, instead of performing the action, it takes me to the Not Found page “Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.”

    Sometimes it even happens after I write a post and click on Publish; or after I edit a page and click Update. It also happened when I clicked on the Plugins link on the Dashboard.

    I am posting this issue here because, in my journey to get this issue solved, I did like most of you would do. I started deactivating plugins. And after deactivating the iThemes Security plugin, I tested again and I did not experience the issue anymore.

    So it could be either this plugin that 404’s me, or this plugin conflicting with other plugins I use on my site. Said plugins are:
    – Adaptive Images for WordPress
    – AMP
    – Akismet
    – Easy Affiliate Links
    – EWWW Image Optimizer
    – Google Analytics by MonsterInsights
    – Optimize Datase after Deleting Revisions
    – Smooth Slider
    – WP Fastest Cache
    – WPtouch Mobile Plugin
    – Yoast SEO

    So… am I alone or are there any other users of this plugin that get 404 errors when they shouldn’t?
