You can edit the template file:
wp-content/plugins/product-options-for-woocommerce/view/frontend/templates/product/options.php
and the CSS styles file:
wp-content/plugins/product-options-for-woocommerce/view/frontend/web/product/main.css

Hello,
I see you will need “option descriptions”, “dependent options” features.
You can use these modifications for it:
“Option note, description fields and CSV export-import”
“Dependent Options”
http://hottons.com/po_modifications
and then to hire someone to modify style and layout of the options.
