    Hi,

    The plugin works amazing, thanks for sharing.

    I’m facing different type of issue, on the payment page when COD option enables then it automatically selected as default payment mode(It’s perfect no problem with that) but when i click on another payment option it not allows me to do so. This specific issue when we press another payment method by clicking RADIO BUTTON, but if we click on the label (Payment Method Name) then its working. Can you tell me why it is happening? How i can fix it?

    have gone through the link. yes there is a radio button issue.

    I think this is some theme/plugin conflict, so please try following steps and see if problem is fixed –

    1) Change theme to Twenty Fifteen – check radio button

    2) if not working, disable all plugins except woocommerce + cod +ccavenue and then test again.

    Let me know if there is any theme/plugin conflict so we can try to fix it.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your quick responses, but tries ended with no Luck.

    I’m surprised but after activating Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Twelve & Twenty Thirteen themes COD plugin stops working. I don’t know how?

    After Deactivating all plugins (Instead COD, Woo-commerce & CCVAENUE) the result is same, no luck.

    After checking the payment page carefully i noticed the same thing is not happening with Cash On Delivery Radio button. I mean when you click CCAVENUE (Lable) and click Cash On Delivery (Radio Button) then its working but when we click CCAVENUE Radio Button it won’t.

    Please let me know if you need access to admin OR FTP

    Hi,

    I have activated Cheque Payment mode and the same thing is happening like with Cash on Delivery. It seems the problem is with CCAVENUE Gateway Plugin. If you could suggest something would appreciate.

    There is some plugin/theme conflict on your setup. Please try to find what is causing this problem and then we can try to fix it.

    Thanks for your support, i really appreciate your feedback and very kind support. I have checked yes there is conflict between Theme & CCavenue Plugin. You have made up very nice plugin and you are dedicated to its support.

    I’ll update you about the issue how i fix, to keep in records. I’ll mark it Resolved once i fix it.
