Radio Button Issue

Hello,
I love what this plugin does and looks like with my website. However, the only thing I am having an issue with is the weird appearance of the radio buttons for the “Use same address for billing” button and the shipping options (customers see multiple buttons when the cart amount is greater than $50). Any resolution or insight into this would be MUCH appreciated. Additionally, my website says there is no shipping option until the entire shipping address is entered, and I was wondering if that is intentional. Thank you in advance! I can provide screenshots of the issue if needed, but I would really love to use this plugin for my checkout page.
