• For WordPress GDPR I need this text inside the form but it obviously doesn’t work (see here: https://schibboleth.com/contact/

    <label>[textarea your-message text=”Your Message”]</label>
    <label>[text your-subject text="Subject"]</label>
    <label>[email* your-email text=”Your Email (required)”]</label>
[wpgdprc “By using this form you agree with the storage and handling of your data by this website. For more info please see the a href=’https://schibboleth.com/imprint-privacy-policy/&#8217; / privacy policies /a “]
    [honeypot contact]
    [submit “Send”]

It’s basic stuff I’m sure but I can’t even make this work her to show you…

This won’t work in a form. Try using an acceptance checkbox instead.

Thank you for your prompt response! A pity though, because this wpgdpr is very comprehensive.

    Is it this plugin?

Hmm. It says “supports Contact Form 7 (>= 4.6)”. What is the problem you see particularly?

Yes, it is this GDPR plugin.

The problem: This doesn’t work because of the quotes from the link a href inside the quotes from wpgdprc. It skips everything after the second ” so it ends with <a href=”:

[wpgdprc “By using this form you agree with the storage and handling of your data by this website. For more info please see the privacy policies“]

    I hope this was clearer.

BTW I had to switch from Contact Form 7 to another plugin because of an additional problem: On mobiles and tablets, it wouldn’t send the message. It just kept spinning. I read in the docs that this is due to bad interaction with another plugin, but I couldn’t locate which. WPforms works just fine. If these two issues could be solved I would like to switch back to Contact Form 7.
