    Hello,

i’m expiring some issues while sending Quote E-Mails. E-Mail itself is working fine, unfortunately Jetpack CRM doesnt attach the .pdf File (or any other attached File(s)).

I already checked logfiles, cant identify any Error.

So what could be the reason when Attachments where not added by Jetpack CRM but Mail itself is send?

    Thanks in advance!

  • Hi @maikdaniel,

Once you attach the files to the Quotes, would you make sure to Save the Quotes first and refresh the Quote editor?

Then, when you click on “Send Quote” under the “Email to Contact” section at the bottom of the Quote editor, you should see “Attach Associated files” setting like below.

If you’ve ticked the setting for “Attach associated files” and you’re still not able to receive attached Files, would you share with us how you’ve set up mail delivery method? Are you using a Gmail with OAuth, or default WP mail, for example?

    Hello @bluejay77

thanks for your response, i already tried to attach files, save / refresh the quote and send. When i choose E-Mail Quote, the Mail will be delivered but without any attachment. In this case using default WP Mail.

Any workaround how to identify the issue?

    Thanks in advance!

@maikdaniel I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue on a test site, so I’m wondering if something on your particular site may be interfering.

Let’s go through the following troubleshooting steps to check for that:

    • Provide a screenshot of CRM Settings → System Status
    • Explain how the issue happens, step-by-step. This helps us if we cannot replicate your specific issue on our end. Feel free to include screenshots. If you don’t know how to make a screenshot, here’s a quick explanation:
      https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/
    • Verify that all plugins are fully updated to the latest versions
    • Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack CRM and its extensions to see if there’s a plugin conflict. If the issue is resolved with all other plugins deactivated, you can reactivate plugins one by one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
    • Clear your browser cache and cookies
    • Try a different browser
    • Check the PHP error logs on your web host server for any relevant errors. If you’re not sure how to check those logs, your web host can help you with that.
    • Check for JavaScript errors. If you’re not sure how to do that, you can follow this guide: https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis

Let us know how that goes!
