When I use the Listings Quick Search widget on my home page, it just redirects back to the home page and doesn’t display listings. I’d like it to go to a results page. What’s the proper way to accomplish this?

Hi rykcon,

The Listings Quick Search Widget works only when you are using a Placester theme.

What I would recommend instead is that you create a [search_form] shortcode with a target URL in the shortcode builder, and then use the standard WordPress Text Widget to reference your form by id as you would within page content.

You’ll be able to customize it completely via a search form template.

i have a problem.. the quick search widget seems to be bad.
it doesnt work.
you can see it : http://www.apcomponentes.com

can see that i have 3 listings with their city and state but, when i use the search menu and put for example VALENCIA in the CITY spot (there are a ad on this city) the program says that “NO RESULT MATCH”
