I want to create a quick quote with two drop-down menu tabs.I need that second tab would be dependent on another. Exs: First tab is cars brand, second tab – just my selected brands models. First selected – Audi, second selected A6/ A3/ A8, no BMW E55… How to do that?

This is not available directly in Contact Form 7. It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP and/or jQuery.

Some of the premium Form plugins do offer some Conditional Logic including Gravity Forms and Ninja Forms.
