what im trying to achieve is we create baby clothes with a bunch of different fabric prints. What i was wanting to do is rather them be able to customize it,i would like to upload all the fabric styles we have and they could see what that shirt would look like with the selected fabric?

yes, you can make with our 3d product configurator. This is an example with a shoe: https://store.zakeke.com/product/sneaker

Of course, you can make it that they have no parts, just a single texture for the entire item.
