    Install Advanced Gutemberg, install “Quick and Easy FAQs”, then go in Advance Gutemberg, you can see “Quick and Easy FAQs” category but no icons ….

    The install Yoast SEO plugin, now go in Advanced Gutemberg, you can see Category and icons, so you can disable them, but them still visibles.

    As you mention, Quick and Easy FAQs blocks are not listed. Probably an issue within that plugin? Worth to report this to the developer and reply back to us.

    In the other hand Yoast SEO blocks works as expected. Are listed and if I disable them, I can’t use them until I enable them back.
