• Hello guys,

    I’m looking for a membership/subscription system that can do something a bit specific.
    Until now, I’ve contacteD 4 different providers like you. They all told me that they could do what I needed but when we started to implement their solution, every time, one of their tech guys came back to us to tell us “hey, sorry but what our sales guy told you is in fact not possible with our app…”

    So PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, make sure to check this with your technical people before getting back to me.
    I have about 4000 customers to onboard at launch, I really need a solution that works as needed.

    So here is what I need: imagine that I am selling magazines.

    My clients subscribe to my magazine and there is a new magazine every month. So as long as they are subscribed, every month the new issue pops up in their account.

    But the subscription can be stopped by the customer at any moment. They can skip a few months and come back on board again at anytime.

    So they might have subscribed from January to April, unsubscribed for May and June and came back again in July until September.

    So I need a membership system that will let them keep an access to their old issues and yet not to access the issues of the months during which they were not subscribed.

    And of course, subscribers who join in any given month (say, May for example) cannot have access to previous issues from previous months.

    I have a place to host all the files if that’s not something that you do, but I do need a system that tracks their membership and make sure they can always come back to their collection of old magazines.

    Is it something your app can do ???

    Nope, sorry.

    It would be cool if it did, and maybe there’s a market for developing that out. But at this time, that’s not on the docket.
