I have 44 watu quizzes in 47 namaste lessons. the one not working is watu 44.
I’ve tried wate 43 in the same lesson and it works fine. So it must be something with watu 44.
I’ve check the html code in it but I don’t find any error.
Thinking what it can be, but I really don’t come up with a solution.

The quiz is too big and the data cannot go through Ajax. Disable Ajax for this quiz from the Watu Settings page.
I just did it.
It doesn’t work either. It says 0 answers
In any case, this quiz was working for sure a month ago since I have results from it from then.
There is one thing that is giving a small tip.
I have 264 answers and in the exams that worked fine, for example, I have:
– 188 correct, 76 wrong, and 0 unanswered
But now I have:
– 0 correct, 0 wrong, and 254 unanswered
254 is a wrong number. If you do the sum 188+76=264. There are 10 missing questions/answers so maybe the error comes in the question 254 of in a set of 10 questions.
No idea. Just giving information so that you can help me.

Was there any update lately? It worked well one month ago. Yesterday we realized it is not working anymore.

The quizzes don’t work in the 2 lessons where I have 197 and 264 questions.
Everywhere else, they seem to work.
and another piece of information that can be very useful:
in NOVEMBER 15th it worked fine. So it has happened later. I haven’t done changes in these lessons either.
Can it be an update?
If it is not, I will ask my server provider to check if they did anything that could affect only those two quizzes.

Please check the server error log, there must be something there.
I really don’t know what could be causing this.
The plugin has not been updated on or after Nov 15th.
It still looks to be that these quizzes are too large and the server cannot handle the size of POST data. Are these the quizzes with most questions?

I already found.
My server host set some time limits for php in the .user.ini in order to fix a small issue and that seems to be causing the problem.
